  • Suggested Itinerary: A Restorative Montana Retreat

    DAY ONE

Before checking in, stop at Rosauers Market in Belgrade to pick up groceries, a few favorite snacks, and something delicious to grill for dinner. For wine, spirits, or something special to celebrate your getaway, Belgrade Liquor Store is conveniently located along Jackrabbit Lane.

Arrive to Golden Ranch at 3 PM, settle in, and let the pace of your trip begin to slow. Spend the evening soaking in the hot tub, warming up in the sauna, and enjoying dinner from the grill on your private deck. With a little luck, you’ll catch one of the gorgeous sunsets that so often light up the sky over the ranch. Finish the night around the fire pit or stretched out stargazing beneath Montana’s famously big sky.

    DAY TWO

Sleep in and ease into the morning with coffee made from the Nespresso pods provided, enjoyed in bed or outside with the quiet of the ranch around you. Take your time over breakfast, enjoy another soak or sauna session. For an even more restorative morning, arrange an on-site massage, facial, private yoga session, or other wellness experience.

Later, head into Bozeman and spend the afternoon exploring historic Downtown Main Street. Wander through locally owned boutiques, galleries, bookstores, and shops, stopping along the way for coffee or something sweet at one of the many cafés. Stay downtown for dinner or return to Golden Ranch for a quiet evening, another beautiful sunset, and time together with nowhere else you need to be.

    DAY THREE

Make your last morning count with coffee, one more soak in the hot tub, and a slow start before heading out. Drive into Bozeman for brunch at Ponderosa Social Club, Revelry, or Jam! On Main before beginning your trip home. If your travels take you west, make one last Montana stop in nearby Manhattan, where you can stroll through the charming small-town downtown and enjoy a little more of the Gallatin Valley before saying goodbye.

  • SUGGESTED ITINERARY: AN ADVENTUROUS GETAWAY

    DAY ONE

Check in to Golden Ranch at 3 PM, settle in, and trade your travel clothes for hiking shoes. Head toward Bozeman for an early evening hike at Drinking Horse Trail or the College “M” Trail, two local favorites just minutes from downtown with beautiful views across the Gallatin Valley. Afterward, grab dinner in historic Downtown Bozeman before returning to the ranch. End your first day with a well-earned sauna session, soak in the hot tub and hopefully one of Golden Ranch’s spectacular Montana sunsets.

    DAY TWO

Wake up early, make a Nespresso with the coffee pods provided, pack snacks and plenty of layers, and set out for a full-day adventure in Yellowstone National Park. Enter through West Yellowstone and spend the day exploring highlights of Yellowstone’s geiser basin with stops at geothermal wonders such as Grand Prismatic Spring and Old Faithful. Drive to visit the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone and through part of Lamar Valley where you'll likely have the best wildlife sightings, then exit the park through the North Exntrance. If time allows, stop for a relaxing soak at Yellowstone Hot Springs or Chico Hot Springs and enjoy the views as you drive throuh an area known as Paradise Valley.

Return to Golden Ranch in the evening, fire up the grill for a late dinner, then let tired muscles recover with a soak in the hot tub or a session in the sauna.

    DAY THREE

Keep the adventure going with a half-day whitewater rafting trip on the Gallatin River, where guided trips wind through beautiful mountain scenery and stretches of Montana whitewater. The Gallatin is one of the area’s signature outdoor experiences, with rafting, fly fishing, and other river adventures available throughout the season.

Afterward, make a stop for a soak at Bozeman Hot Springs or a late lunch in Gallatin Gateway or Bozeman before heading back to the ranch for a slower final afternoon. Take one last soak, relax on the patio, and toast to three days of Montana adventure as the sun goes down.

  • Suggested Itinerary: The Best of Both Worlds

    DAY ONE

Check in to Golden Ranch at 3 PM, settle in, and give yourself permission to slow down. Unpack, pour a drink, and spend some time taking in the peaceful surroundings before enjoying a soak in the hot tub and a session in the sauna. Fire up the grill for an easy dinner on the deck and, hopefully, catch one of the gorgeous sunsets that so often light up the sky over the ranch. Finish the evening around the fire pit or beneath the stars.

    DAY TWO

Start the morning with a Nespresso made from the coffee pods provided, then pack a picnic (or pick one up from Rosauer's, Whole Foods or Maven Market) and head into Hyalite Canyon for a day on the water. Surrounded by forest and mountain peaks, Hyalite Reservoir is a beautiful place to spend a few hours on rented paddleboards or kayaks, or simply relaxing along the shoreline.

After a few hours outdoors, trade adventure for relaxation with a soak at Bozeman Hot Springs. Ease tired muscles in the naturally heated pools before heading into Belgrade for dinner at The Mint. Then return to Golden Ranch for a quiet evening, a final soak or sauna session, and, with a little luck, another beautiful Montana sunset.

    DAY THREE

Start your final morning with a little extra relaxation by booking an on-site massage and facial with Mandy, or choose an intuitive healing massage with Bry or Ty. Enjoy your treatment without ever leaving the ranch, then take your time with coffee, a sauna session, or one last soak in the hot tub before heading out for brunch and beginning your trip home.
